We believe we can only serve our customers to their full satisfaction by understanding their needs, then bring in our expertise and finally propose the ideal solution. All our consultants have extensive experience in their field of expertise. Should we feel that we are not experts about a particular need, for instance a specific analytics solution, we will say so and either try to partner with real experts, or do our best to acquire the necessary knowledge.

All our consultants have at least obtained the Award of Achievement in Web Analytics or are Certified Web Analysts. Junior consultants are strongly encouraged to enroll in these programs.
